Catering staff and facilities/security are stellar people who made a crappy environment almost tolerable Nice gym Pretty campus HR held a number of nice events throughout the year, but that couldn't compensate for the mirthless daily environment
Cons
One of the worst jobs I've ever had. It might be better if you're an H1B visa from China, but otherwise, the culture was very closed off. Management was unrealistic and unsupportive. Deadlines were based on what would be most appealing to the customer, without letting reality of meeting it get in the way. No amount of hard work was rewarded, and not much in the way of incentives. You do the work because you care about the customer and coworker experience and your personal commitment to a good product, but management showed next to no stake in the employees or the contribution they were trying to make. Working there was a thankless grind.
