Pros
Nice clean facility, good benefits package including Matching of 401K , lots of nice and intelligent people comprise most departments.
Cons
The company is not in-tune with current work-trends... Remote work was in place while it benefited them during the pandemic but they have essentially brought everyone back FT while CLAIMING one of their goals was to offer a good work/life balance. They have an archaic outlook believing that physical presence = better performance. But if morale is down and people are exhausted from the average of 1-2 hrs of AM traffic every single day and don't want to be there are you really getting the most out of people? NO! They didn't even want to offer hybrid schedules which is specifically the reason I left to work for another Aerospace company that offers remote options.. My commute is long BUT not having to do it EVERY DAY makes all the difference in my mental & physical well being. There were entirely too many meetings, I spent half my day in meetings to where I barely started my actual job until mid afternoon.. it was crazy... Overall, they were really into appearances, so long as everything LOOKED good no one seemed to really care about anything else... Lots of high paid management that avoids any real work or staff inclusion by being in meetings all day. Very management oriented, no one trusts your opinion or input unless you have Mgr or something higher in your title. Like they would ask you but CC your boss and 20 other people ( who also don't know) Lastly, parking or the lack thereof is a huge issue... If you're not a manager or above or haven't worked there for 20 yrs you may find yourself parking blocks away.
