It is a legal pyramid scheme like all MLM companies. The pro is if you are the 1% at the top of the pyramid making money off all the others who make less than minimum wage from selling overpriced makeup that nobody wants because even wet N' wild makeup is better quality.
Cons
Legalized pyramid scheme that you will lose money on.
