Pros
The US Marketing Department integrates PR, ad and marketing which makes working much easier and the projects are developed quicker than any job I have had in the past. Everyone treats each other with respect and kindness.
Cons
Personally, I do not work well in a women-only environment. We had two males and about 30 females on the same floor and it was an overwhelming amount of estrogen. If something went wrong, it went extremely wrong.
