I have worked at Mary Monson Solicitors for 18 years, I have always found it to be a great place to work. The management are supportive but do expect a high standard of work from everyone. We all work together and are proud of the work we do to help our clients. Its a great place to work and I would recommend to anyone who is wiling to put the work in!

Criminal law isn't for everyone.

Inhouse and external training provided, opportunities for career development, competitive salary, office perks, social events, supportive working environment, financial and experience based reward scheme, health insurance.

Not suitable for someone with a clock on clock off mentality. Positions within this firm are for career driven individuals who are prepared to put in the effort it in order to reap the benefits and be willing to work as part of a team.
