Pros
Company allows for PTO accrual - dependent on # of years worked. Strong curriculum, caring teachers, and clean learning environments.
Cons
Lack of consistent communication between upper management and teachers. Budget is not used appropriately. Funds for fieldtrips, etc. never available. Constant changes to positions. Policies outdated and unorganized.
