- Occasional swag. - Periodic lunches. - Insurance plan is good mainly because your salary is awful. - Occasional travel for work. - Jewish networking

- There is such a toxic work culture at this org, It's astonishing how they're still open. - Their management is VERY patronizing and highly disorganized. - They do NOT give paid time OFF. it's paid time as you're still working on vacation. - Your personal business is EVERYBODY's business. - Everybody does everybody's job. - They do highly false marketing. They "say" they offer scholarships and financial assistance for teens and young adults to travel to israel on their programs - these aren't "their" programs. They are programs using Masa as a marketing tool that offers an estimated $200 - $500 to help you get to israel on many programs that can likely get you more of a scholarship on their own. -
