Laid back attitude No communication between departments ( and if someone uses initiative to do so) gets reprimanded Staff are too Familiar with each other......very paly paly Very little structure (refer to departments not communicating with each other) Rude and condesending senior staff....i.e. "dont bother me with xxxxx" Former Employees or Current Employees on maternity leave bringing children into the building and office- its a work place, not a creche! Asked to do tasks which aren't part of official job Little help within departments when theres an overload of work Warehouse staff are generally Polish or Eastern European- so communication can be difficult at times Cant rate CEO...hes dead
