Pros
We get to work on really exciting projects on sport cars. The teams are small which means you have much bigger responsibilities and chance to work on many different topics compared to larger car manufacturing companies. Everyone is super passionate about cars and highly skilled. You truly feel being in the heart of motor valley with a long legacy in sport car making.
Cons
The biggest problem is the management. The plans change constantly, the relationship with FCA is not so clear and it's still in the transition phase. The salaries are lower than the competitor companies abroad.
