Cons
As with others' comments, the number of vacation days is the minimum in the UK, and I'm used to a lot more at previous companies However, the working conditions are good, and because we all work very hard and sometimes long hours to meet committed deadlines, taking a little time off in lieu is typically acceptable, as long as you get the work done!
