Pros
Good, Honest, well run company. They have a good reputation with both clients and subcontractors. Mashburn is a family business so you are never far from someone who can make a decision. They are also not encumbered by volumes of company policy that are needed in larger companies. The pay there bill and shoot straight.

Training, a challenge for all companies.
