Micromanagers - Project Engineer Mashburn Construction Employee Review

Overall this was a great experience for an internship and they did a good job at getting me involved in all of our projects. They were sure to include me in meetings and another important company leadership meeting where I got to meet everyone from the other offices.

No real cons for interning.

Great people. Company culture is important to management.

Little room for advancement. Even less for women.
