Pros

None working for Masimo. SU was one of the best companies I have ever worked for prior to Masi acquisition.

Cons

Shame I cannot give zero stars. Kiani is delusional and dishonest. They acquired SU to take advantage of one area of the tech and neglected all other brands. They do nothing but make cuts and lay offs. In 2023 they said no one would lose their jobs and since then people have been fired in droves. Masimo expects to be as prolific as they were during covid times when they capitalised on sick people’s misfortune and they have done nothing groundbreaking or developmental at all, apart from push other brands’ tech as their own. Denon is Nura and Masimo just stuck their logo on the box. Kiani had single-handedly driven a staple UK brand B&W, into the ground. They have forced employees into the office for no reason and taken away all bonuses and raises, because Masimo (not SU brands) aren’t making the numbers. They lie about projected earnings and fire whoever they can on the way. Moral is at an all-time low and people are actively (forced into) looking to leave. Do not go anywhere near Masimo.

Pros

Leadership: While there has been change over the past 2 years, the leadership team and CEO is transforming the organization and driving positive change Career: Focus on rewarding performance and promoting from within. Depending on the department, high-performers are recognized and rewarded Customer Focus and Innovation: This has always been a part of the DNA and it is good to see that it is still the focus with the change in leadership Cafe: Great selection and affordable. One of the highlights of being in the office

Cons

A lot of change: It has been very dynamic and with the acquisition there is more change to come, but the sooner we get to some normalcy, the better In Office Full Time: While there is flexibility in each department, it would be great to have a company policy around flexible days for WFH
