very supportive colleagues which makes the environment fun to work with from time to time.
Cons
Lack of room to grow. 25% lower salary compares to other subcontractors around the area. subpar benefit package. Project managers handle 10-15 projects simultaneously. Flexible hours but expected to stay from 7am - 5pm. Lack of learning resources, tuition reimbursement, intern/entry level support while attending college.
