Pros

Amazing field where you can make a difference in people's lives.

Cons

Management continually lies. There are numerous lawsuits against this office and the sister office in Irvine, CA - Signature Resources. Pay is always messed up and many agents have to wait weeks or months to get paid. The training that is promised by Michael Yoffee - Managing Director - is horrible. They don't reimburse for business licensing/expenses though this is promised. Everyone is working 60+ hours a week, but in a horrible, hostile and toxic work environment.

Pros

I had an amazing time while working here. There was always something to earn from the higher ups and I felt as though they dedicated a lot of time to me and my growth!! Highly recommend this company to work for!

Cons

The lead system needs to be revisited.

Pros

Open Architecture, Freedom to be yourself, very flexible supervisors as long as productivity is achieved. A place you will be respected and treated fairly as an employee. Promotes from within, guidelines vs. rules are the norm. This isn't a place where handholding is given. They challenge you to be a better employee and a better person.

Cons

This is not a place where you will be TOLD what to do. You are given goals and are expected to find ways within the guidelines to achieve your goals. For some this is difficult and hard to imagine. This isn't a place for those that need to be micromanaged. Also, they do not tolerate a lack of respect or integrity. If you can't be honest and truthful to yourself or your fellow employees, this isn't the place to settle into. If you can't succeed here, you should look in the mirror, maybe the problem isn't the company.
