Pros

Pros are working alongside other great therapists.

Cons

Low pay. Meaning, Im paid per client. If I don't have a client, I am paid minimum wage. Even more troubling is the fact that if I have more sit tome then work time all day, my worktime will be deleted and Im paid minimum wage fot the entire day. Somehow with our training and customer service expertise, its not valid in this workplace, as our needs aren't met as quickly as we'd wish. There is a huge demented gap of non communication between the very young and inexperienced front desk personnel and the therapists.
