I have worked for Massage Heights in Charlotte, NC for the past 8 years at the Stonecrest, Cotswold, and Matthews Festival Center locations. I love working for this company and for Dan and Melissa (owners of the three locations where I have worked). As a massage therapist I have been given an outstanding client base, quality work tools, competitive pay and benefits, and great professional teammates. If you are looking for a place to practice massage I cannot recommend Massage Heights highly enough!

Cons

Have heard from some therapists over the years they don't like the Massage Heights policy of doing laundry "in house" but for me this has not been a big deal at all. (just a few minutes a shift of folding sheets and towels)

Relatively easy, clean, decent coworkers

Cons

Manager is disrespectful, no lunches, late pay, you basically need to be grateful for anything given to you and if you aren’t “ perfect “ in a week get prepared to get judged.
