      Lots of training. Understanding how spa' life works.

      Cons

      The salary is a joke. With the prices they charge clients for services, there is no reason anyone should start at under $20. There isn't a lot of clarity from management as far as making the next tier goes.

      Relatively easy, clean, decent coworkers

      Cons

      Manager is disrespectful, no lunches, late pay, you basically need to be grateful for anything given to you and if you aren’t “ perfect “ in a week get prepared to get judged.
