Every company has pros and cons, I would say most of cons are caused due to drama which is caused by poor communication from new hires that think they know everything.

Pay is decent but dont expect a raise

The product is fun, but the working environment is tense. Like previously mentioned the owner walks around looking for people to fire. Most make it a year, they either walk out, quit or get fired. He has his favorites and it's obvious. Recommendations, quality control suggestions fall on deaf ears unless it's coming from a favorite. Don't be fooled, you'll be hating life shortly after you join. The door is constantly revolving, good people have been diminished to nothing.
