Avoid - Anonymous employee Massive Rocket Employee Review

I've tried many times now to post a review that talks about how toxic, chaotic, inept, disloyal, moronic and commercially illiterate the Founder/CEO is, and each time it's rejected for punching down on someone below C-suite. Go figure. So I'll leave the details to other reviewers and hope the above suffices. Perks - non-existent. Bare minimum legal PTO, pension contribution, etc. One subsidized pizza a month to eat alone at home, with a side of lectures about staying within budget and not sharing. Hours - horrendous. Lip service paid to the idea of work/life balance, but the reality is very different. You'll be judged for trying to enforce boundaries. Everyone expected to observe European office hours, regardless of region. But also service US clients from India in the dead of night. Or work public holidays. Work - not something you can be proud of. Low value, mostly AI-generated. Clients churn constantly. Remote culture foments lack of mutual accountability, which equals poor output. Culture - lol. Nope. Leadership - all seem to be in the same boat as everyone else - as in have seen through the founder, realized we're all cooked but are too institutionalized to get out. And honestly shame on them for enforcing his nonsense. Prospects - dire. Learning to do things the Massive Rocket way means un-learning how to do things the right way. Dangerous long-term.
