Pros

Strong trauma bonds with other leavers :-)

Cons

Toxic CEO, no benefits/perks, bad standards of work, constant client churn, amateurish vibes, no work/life balance, artificial & superficial attempts at culture, no transferable skills imparted apart from how to navigate a messy founder run business

Pros

- Global presence + most of the colleagues are OK to work with (mostly from EU & US). - Braze certification benefits

Cons

Incompetency and egoism of upper management, raising it's peak in the past few months. Situation has never been worse and everyone is either keeping it silent to protect their job or trying to find something else. - Horrible management - Horrible sales process - Micromanagement - There used be lots of sharp people that used to work in this company but they all have left the company. - High staff turnovers

Pros

Great exposure to CRM consulting across multiple global clients and industries. Consultants are given meaningful ownership early, with opportunities to work on strategy, campaign execution, reporting, and client management. The team is supportive, and there is plenty of room to learn new platforms and develop consulting skills if you’re proactive.

Cons

Workload can become heavy during busy launch periods, especially when managing multiple clients simultaneously. Processes are still evolving, so ways of working may differ between accounts. Priorities can also shift quickly depending on client requests, requiring flexibility and strong time management.
