Deeply cynical and exploitative company - Principal Consultant Mastek Employee Review

Terrible management culture. Intensely bureaucratic business culture. Staff assigned to client projects are not properly resourced, trained or supported. Management treats these staff as if they were contractors but pays them permanent wages (the worst of both worlds). Genuinely skilled staff are massively overworked, roles that need skilled staff are often filled by people with no relevant skills or training. Tooling (timesheets, expenses, project management) is terrible, antiquated and in some cases just broken.
