Management has been open and direct at all times and very understanding of issues or concerns. They take feedback seriously and I've never had issue with them.

Pay could be better, but it's around standard rate in my area.

Like many security jobs, it’s very easy and accesible. You’re sitting most of the time on night shift but day shift is hardwork.

You’re sitting a LOT and it can be suffocating and sometimes even depressing. Hard on the body not moving around much as well.
