Master's has become an industry leader in the shuttle bus, buses, and other large capacity vehicles business. They produce, sell, lease, rent and service these vehicles and are growing rapidly. Master's provides great opportunities for motivated employees to grow and develop as the company grows.

Any company going through such large growth and development is going to have growing pains and challenges, it just requires the right mindset to be a part of the solution.

There are some really good people that unfortunately work there.

The executive staff don’t have a clue as to what it takes to be good leaders. They get upset and take out their frustrations on the staff, then act like everything is peachy. Needless to say, they lack emotional maturity. The opportunities here could be amazing, if not for the executive staff. The problems at Master’s Transportation start at the very top… Very disappointing…
