      Cons

      Kept giving me the run around with trying to set up my healthcare (I was a fulltime employee). The vehicles they have to teach kids are Extremely unsafe. Tires with damaged sidewalls, Brakes not working in vehicles. All while senior management there drive Porches and own multiple homes.

      Work with Teens to learn the proper techniques of Driving is rewarding in itself. Great Co-workers to be around.

      Flexible scheduling Always something to do Most the teens are fun

      Always something to do Management is a mess excluding one person Cars are iffy maintenance at best You’re on your own when something goes bad don’t expect management to help out Pay isn’t worth the hazard You’ll spend your own money on supplies for either the car or office Quick to roll poop downhill and blame employees instead of themselves EMBEZZLEMENT by ownership
