Good management, casual work environment, diverse group of people to work with.

It's a small company. So the downside of that is there are limited opportunities for promotion and the pay isn't on the high end of the scale. You have to balance that against a pleasant work environment and figure out what's most important to you.

As long as the work gets done correctly most other issues are not a big problem. Management is always willing to listen to new ideas or discuss potential problems, and take immediate action if needed. Decent pay, decent hours
