Pros
Well..... They are generous with time off. Other than that, I find it hard to see any pros.
Cons
I worked for this company for a few years. I thought I had it made, loving my position and the people I worked with. Unfortunately it was all a charade. The moment you think you can trust someone, they will cut you. The owners expectations are unrealistic and they only listen to employees that were friends outside the business. No one will speak up at the company with exception of one employee, but they always railroad and talk smack about her behind her back. The company is missing the whole point of TEAM and CULTURE. The owners do not give a crap about their employees, even the loyal ones. They would rather listen to employees that are just there for a paycheck. The bottom line is there is nothing real about these people and regardless of how many times the leadership changes, they just don't get it. Whatever you do, do not expect to get paid. They make it impossible to get a decent raise and don't reward you for your work. Hell, they don't even appreciate or acknowledge your hard work unless your in their click.
