Pros
Here is a works place where out-of-the-box thinking and hard work are rewarded. It's been my experience at the leadership level that a spirit of cooperation and collaboration permeates the team and drives continues, positive change.
Cons
The work is naturally fast pace and, at times, technically demanding. This is not so much a downside as it is a characteristic of the industry that new employees should be aware of and ready to embrace.
