Good for freshers, but low salary and support work - Associate Software Engineer Mastercom Technology Services Employee Review

No pros, total scam and fraud.

❌ Very low salary – Only 1.8 LPA, and no justification for it. ❌ False promises – They claim you'll be on development projects, but you end up doing menial or support work. ❌ No work culture – No learning, no training, just pressure and mismanagement. ❌ Toxic environment – Zero transparency, unprofessional leadership. ❌ Fake hike cycle – They first say 6 months, then 1 year, and still don’t give a proper raise. ❌ Forced bond renewal – Even if you get a hike, they’ll trap you again with an 18-month bond. ❌ Document blackmailing – They take your original certificates and use them to control or threaten you. ❌ Firing threats – Ask for a raise? You might be shown the door. ❌ No long-term growth – You’ll feel stuck for 2-3 years, wasting time with no skill development.

I joined with 2 years experience and now in the company past 4 years. Learning multiple skills and good working cutlrue. Recently company started working on many technolgoies, seeing it when colleagues achieve new certifications. Happy for the growing culture.

Pay can be better but its linked with skills not experience.
