Pros
Most people were nice; the one who trained me was not.
Cons
You must know Spanish to work here, and for some weird reason I was hired even though not I'm not fluent in Spanish. Not a pleasant environment; no windows; old building; AC often broke. Pay was OK. Work was difficult and fast-paced. Their first red flag was "we're like a family here." I didn't get an offer to stay in their guest bedroom after they let me go, so I guess they're not too much "like a family" after all.
