We are actively investing in our operations through ongoing equipment and machine upgrades designed to improve efficiency and make day-to-day work easier. While these changes take time to fully implement, we are confident they are moving in the right direction.
In terms of recognition, we recently introduced Awardco to better celebrate our team members’ contributions. Through this platform, team members can be recognized for great work, milestones, and other achievements. In addition, Masters Gallery Foods is proud to offer an annual incentive bonus, reinforcing our commitment to recognizing team members’ contributions to our companies overall financial success.
We also continue to recognize our team members through events and engagement efforts, such as our recent annual team member appreciation grill-out and upcoming Holiday Party at the Osthoff.
