Pros

Masters’ Union is unfortunately one of the most disappointing workplaces I have ever experienced. On the surface, it markets itself as a “premium business school,” but the reality behind the scenes tells a very different story. The institution is plagued by a complete lack of vision and direction. Leadership, particularly the founder Pratham Mittal, appears more interested in spending money than in actually building a sustainable or credible educational model. The school runs heavily on hype, optics, and aggressive marketing, but internally there is no clarity, no systems, and no strategy. The result? Students are increasingly dissatisfied because what is promised to them during admissions never fully materializes. Faculty are frustrated by the absence of academic seriousness and by constant mismanagement. Employees feel misled and stuck in an environment where hard work rarely translates into meaningful outcomes. Turnover across all levels is high, and morale is consistently low. It is difficult to describe this institution as anything other than a risky bet for anyone involved, whether you are a student, a faculty member, or an employee. The gap between what is sold externally and what is actually delivered internally is staggering. Without genuine leadership and a clear roadmap, the entire setup feels exploitative and unsustainable.

Cons

Advice to Prospective Employees/Students: Think very carefully before associating yourself with this place. The brand may look attractive from the outside, but once inside, you will see how hollow it is. Time, money, and effort invested here are at serious risk of being wasted.

Pros

Joining Masters' Union was a leap of faith for me. Coming from a sales background, stepping into a new role, moving to a new city, and adapting to new people was intimidating. What made the transition seamless was the incredible support I received, especially from my manager, Gaurav Kumar Sharma, whose guidance and mentorship made what seemed challenging feel surprisingly manageable. From day one, I was welcomed by a team that genuinely wanted me to succeed. Over time, I've experienced immense professional and personal growth. I've evolved from simply executing tasks to becoming a more solution-oriented professional who approaches challenges with confidence and ownership. What makes Masters' Union special is that growth here isn't limited to your job description. As someone who has always loved being involved in cultural activities, I'm grateful for the opportunities I've received to contribute and perform beyond my core role. Those experiences have been just as meaningful as my professional achievements. I once read that a company should never treat you like family; it should treat you like you have a family. For me, Masters' Union embodies that philosophy. The trust, flexibility, support, and opportunities I've received here have made a lasting impact on my journey, and for that, I will always be grateful.

Pros

Under MD Nikhil Mittal’s leadership, Masters Union is scaling rapidly and heading toward massive milestones. The executive team provides incredible autonomy and a fast-paced environment. If you have a true growth mindset, thrive on aggressive targets, and know how to execute, this is the ultimate place to fast-track your career.

Cons

It’s a high-intensity startup culture. If you prefer rigid structures, predictable routines, or hand-holding, this won't be the right fit.
