Constant stress, horrible engagement by management, complete and total disconnection with employees by the CEO and executives (and the board too who only hears from employees selected by the CEO) . Environment is nurtured so everyone supports everything that comes from higher up because of fear of getting in trouble with the CEO. Culture is absolutely toxic and causes extremely good people to leave frequently. CEO sets the tone and has a temper that is legendary (not for a good reason) inside the company and with people outside the company. Employees live in fear of having to interact with CEO due to his behavior and personality. Some children of executives work there and some do well and some are absolutely terrible (but no one will say anything for fear of what would happen to them).
