Matchstic is a special place to work. People are both kind and talented, fostering a healthy work environment. Also, the agency actually lives out their values of Truth, Courage and Harmony. Projects are cool, pay is above industry standard and turnover is low.

Not a lot of growth opportunity if your goal is to build and manage a team.

- has a start-up vibe (which is only a con if you prefer working in larger companies. Matchstic was quite informal, which I came to like, but others who need structure may not.)
