      So called "cool" brand but that wears off real fast

      Cons

      Complete lack of boundaries, disorganization, favoritism, no work/life balance, toxic culture, everything is for instagram

      It was a learning experience.

      Cons

      Similar to others' reviews, very judgey atmosphere and vague-yet-harsh communication. Upper management felt checked out, doesn't know how to have difficult conversations, expected the world from employees with the bare minimum in return. Not the worst job I've ever had, but just a very tense and cliquey atmosphere - so many questionable comments and ways of dealing with conflict that make me cringe to this day.
