      The networking opportunities are wonderful. Leadership is a family atmosphere. Hours are flexible Industry is recession proof. Carries countless vendors, and always have something to provide customers.

      Cons

      Lacks a structured training program. Lack brand recognition in certain parts of the state. Outdated operating systems and CRM. Sales reps lacks quality sale support.
