I loved the fact that my leadership trusted me with the workload and would let me take the lead on projects that needed conducted. They also were keen to cross train and continue to develop my skills

Sometimes it can be so slow that we would sit for hours without a single service call or email request. Techs would run out of work to do, so our shop service advisor would just make random tickets for them to "clean"
