Pros
Arjun will cringe reading this, but the company really is a unicorn (Luke's words, not mine). ;) Materialize was founded in January 2019 and within a few months raised an $8.5M series A led by Lightspeed Venture. Since then, they've gone from a team of 5 to 10 within a matter of 2.5 months. That in itself isn't as impressive as the calibre of talent they've recruited. Their hiring bar is high and they hold themselves accountable to building a very strong and inclusive team from a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds. I would definitely keep an eye on this company - it's not often you come across tech startups like this anymore.
Cons
They're a small startup and nothing is guaranteed, so you do need to have a level of comfort with the unknown. That being said, though, if I had to bet, I'd put my money on them. I've worked with several startups and this one is a rare gem.
