Pros
They are flexible with the hours you can pretty much set whats best fir you.
Cons
1. The upper and middle management have created a culture of drama. By this I mean they give too much power to people who are just your coworker. There is nothing worse than sitting next to someone who watches every move you make. 2. This is how they rum there company...you will sit with nothing to do for days on end then at the last week of the month they put so much pressure on you to make "THE NUMERS" They will do anything to make these numbers its no womder the RMA's are high. 3. Here is another one...if someone makes an error it is taken out on the whole place, instead if going directly to the people involved. 4. Nobody stays in their own lane too many chiefs and not enough indians. 5. The engineers leave something to be desired. There ergos are off the map. People have been doing the job for 20 and 30 yrs. and will not listen to a word they say. They always try to fix something that isnt broken.
