At Materne, the employees are customer service oriented and take the safety of their products very seriously. Employees care about eachother and I can't think of anyone that isn't a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. We are very concerned about producing delicious applesauce for children. The plant director is ethical and cares about his employees just as much as producing quality products. Benefits are fabulous and comparable to my previous job. A new parking lot has made it safer for our vehicles, upgrading the reception area is well done, and there are many other projects planned for the future.

There are few cons, but I will say that improvements can always be made. Mostly when it comes to upgrading computer programs, using more up-to-date standards, and conforming to basic recycling practices is necessary.
