One of the first places I've ever worked in where I feel like my employers genuinely care about me. I'm given full agency to do whatever I need to do to meet my goals and I feel like my boss genuinely cares about my learning and development.

Sometimes the lines were blurred on what were my responsibilities and what were others. There was just a general lack of structure and organization even amongst the administration.
