      Pros

      A lot of young people work here, makes for an energetic workplace. Very laidback environment. Managers are pretty friendly.

      Cons

      No Work from home policy is Terrible. Software Engineers as opposed to Application Support Engineers should at least be able to work for home.

      The values are do the right thing and think long term - hard to get better than that. Work life balance is also quite good.

      Cons

      Software only, not much hardware. Limited ambition among coworkers.
