Great emphasis on employee benefits and quality of work life ... Like great workspaces, nice offices, great cafeteria. Very family friendly.
Cons
Everything is decided by large groups of people and anyone can scrutinize or question a decision. This can be frustrating for experienced people who join the company and find it very difficult and Tim consuming to get decisions made.
