Pros
The best parts of MathWorks to me are the people, culture, and opportunity for continuous learning. My co-workers are positive, motivated, intelligent, and genuinely invest in time in getting to know one another. The culture is fun, communal, driven, and intentional. And lastly, not only is there a lot of learning to be done to be successful at your job, but MathWorks requires a minimum number of additional training hours each year to keep everyone stimulated and growing.
Cons
Because MathWorks is so intentional about everything they do, changes take time. I really see this as a "pro" and believe it is wise, but others may not prefer this pace.
