Pat yourself on the back, because it's all you're gonna get. - Promotions and growth are a joke. Try and get in writing what specific tasks/skills you need to accomplish to get promoted. You probably won't even get a verbal response. This, at a company that believes in setting SMART (Specific,Measurable,Achievable,Realistic,Time-bound) objectives. Ha!
