      Pros

      Some really good people work there. Just not in the marketing department.

      Cons

      The head of marketing describes one of the other marketing employees as her "partner in crime" and isn't self-aware enough to understand how that looks to the rest of the department

      Pros

      Mather is an amazing company with a great mission, excellent benefits and a commitment to a positive workplace. Opportunities for growth and the joy of knowing that you are impacting peoples lives on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The only downside is in working with an older population, you create connections with our residents and we lose them.
