Pros
The people you work with on a day to day are great.
Cons
Upper management does not value working class employees, their work ethic, results, or loyalty. Raises and bonuses are given freely to an abundant team of corporate managers, while those of us that do the day to day work are not even awarded raises that are enough to off-set inflation or the increase in cost of living. New employees are being hired in at higher pay rates than loyal employees that been with the company for 10+ years. The company is willing to pay to fill open positions, but not willing to pay to keep valuable, loyal employees.
