      Learned a ton The original owners Lisa & Jeff are wonderful people who cared about their employees & families

      Cons

      Management in Portland turned into a complete circus show. Only hired family & close friends & discriminated against all other employees no matter how dedicated to the company they were or how efficient & hard working. Communication was HORRIBLE. Termination was immoral, and if I had the time, could easily sue this company. Don’t have the heart to, though. And found a much better opportunity within DAYS, and thriving there.

      Pros

      Skilled staff of mechanics, fabricators and project managers eager to get the job done! We get to work a lot of unique jobsites from car factories to amusement parks, to cleanrooms and even hospitals. We even once provided support for the president to visit!

      nothing that I can note, but I am one of the Mathews so i am a little biased... :)

      Pros

      Great employee and management attitudes! Excellent support and training as needed, lots of opportunities to expand your knowledge base provided.

      Cons

      Work load is rather seasonal due to client maintenance schedules.
