Pros

There is a lot of autonomy and ownership over your work- team members are encouraged to take risks and the managers support their employees. Really great culture, especially in a 100% remote environment. If you like the fast-paced startup life and are a solutions minded individual, you'll really enjoy it! The mission has attracted some amazing people who truly care about the work they are doing, so you get to build something great with like-minded people.

Cons

Folks coming from much larger organizations with no startup experience might struggle to adjust to a startup that doesn't have the unlimited budgets and timelines of a much larger company. You have to be flexible and able to pivot quickly and not be too precious about something if it isn't working. If you only have global organization experience, it might not be for you.
