      Pros

      Loved working with the kids. Never really felt like it was work, I had a great time almost every day and I had the benefit of a phenomenal center director that ran a great team.

      Cons

      I left after the franchise owners for whatever reason decided to go nuts and start micromanaging everything. They pressured my center director so much that she quit, even though she was running a tight ship and grew center profits enormously. They made a lot of unnecessary changes, and I was needing to focus more on school anyway, so I left after that.

      Flexibility Enjoyable working environment Good management and company culture Most shifts are in the afternoons The work is fulfilling and enjoyable since I feel like I am helping people

      Cons

      $19/hr Most positions are part time and come with no benefits Because most positions are part time and don't have benefits, most employees don't stay for very long
